At Payoff — You Own the Title
Once your final payment clears, FLAS releases the lien and transfers the Florida title to you. Full ownership, no bank processing delays. Pay early any time — no prepayment penalty.
Late Payment Policy
Life happens. If you know you're going to be late, call us before your due date at (954) 793-1761. We work with customers who communicate. Unreturned missed payments can trigger default procedures per your contract, so always reach out first.
