Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly through our website forms:

  • Contact / inquiry forms: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle of interest, and any message you send us.
  • Pre-approval form: the above plus basic financial information you provide (employment status, monthly income range, down-payment range, vehicle preferences, best time to call).
  • Condensed credit application:the above plus sensitive financial identifiers required to process a vehicle financing application — date of birth, driver’s license number and state, residential address, employment details, and Social Security or ITIN number.
  • Automated website assistant: the messages you send, plus non-sensitive details you choose to provide such as your name, callback number, vehicle interest, broad budget or employment categories, preferred callback time, and permission for a requested callback.

Address suggestions

The credit application can send the street-address text you type to Google Maps Platform to return matching U.S. address suggestions. If you select a suggestion, Google returns the address components used to fill the street, city, state, and ZIP fields. You can skip suggestions and enter every address field manually. This feature is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Automated assistant

Our website chat clearly identifies itself as an automated assistant. An artificial-intelligence service provider processes chat messages to answer dealership questions, search current inventory, guide you to the secure application, and prepare a callback request. Chat responses do not approve or deny financing and do not replace Omari’s review.

A short-lived copy of the conversation and non-sensitive application prefill fields may be stored in your browser for up to seven days after your most recent chat use. You can remove it at any time with the chat’s Clear control. Do not enter a Social Security or ITIN number, date of birth, driver-license number, payment-card information, address, or detailed employer information in chat; use the secure credit application for those fields. A callback number entered in chat authorizes only the callback you expressly request and does not enroll you in SMS or marketing.

We do notcollect or store any payment-card information through this website — all payments are handled in person at the dealership.

How we use your information

  • To contact you about your inquiry, financing application, or vehicle interest.
  • To alert FLAS internal staff (the dealership owner) of new submissions so we can return your call promptly.
  • To submit your financing application to third-party lenders or credit bureaus only when you have applied for vehicle financing and authorized that submission.
  • To comply with applicable law, including the FTC Safeguards Rule and Florida used-motor-vehicle dealer regulations.

How we protect your information

Sensitive identifiers (SSN/ITIN, driver’s license, date of birth) submitted via the condensed credit application are encrypted before being transmitted from our website to the dealership owner, and are stored only as encrypted payloads accessible by an in-person passphrase. All data submitted through our website is transmitted over TLS encryption.

Sharing

We share your information only:

  • With third-party lenders or credit bureaus when you have applied for vehicle financing and authorized that submission.
  • With service providers (e.g., our website host, Google Maps address suggestion service, artificial-intelligence processing provider, transactional email vendor, transactional SMS vendor) strictly to operate our services. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only as we direct.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes. We also do not sell or share mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

SMS notifications

Our SMS program is limited to consumer-initiated, one-to-one replies. The only website opt-in path is our Text Us page. After reviewing the disclosures, you select Start Text and voluntarily send a message to our SMS line at (754) 227-6454. We may reply about vehicle availability, financing questions, applications, appointments, directions, or store hours. Website contact, pre-approval, and credit-application forms do not enroll you in SMS. We do not send recurring SMS marketing blasts or internal staff alerts through this program. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates, including Front Line Auto, for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process messages only as needed to operate the FLAS text program.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing omari@fortlauderdaleautosales.com or calling (954) 793-1761. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

Our website uses only the cookies necessary for site functionality and aggregate analytics. We do not use tracking cookies for cross-site advertising.

Children’s privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
